Vendhar Movies heads to Geneva for three movie's audio launch
Vendhar Movies, one of the leading distributors in Tamil cinema, will
have audio launch of its three Tamil films "Thillu Mullu", "Sutta
Kathai" and "Nallanum Nandhiniyum" in Geneva, scheduled to take place
June 1.
"For the first time in Tamil cinema, Vendhar Movies is releasing the audio of their three new films on international soil, Geneva," said a statement.
"The event will be
held at a palace named Victoria, which has been gifted by Queen Elisabeth to Geneva, and Vendhar Movies takes the pride in releasing their film's audio at this palace," added the statement.
Several members of the Tamil film fraternity are expected to attend the event. At the event, Vendhar Movies will also celebrate the success of its last film "Ethir Neechal", which is still running to packed house in cinemas.
Produced by Dhanush, "Ethir Neechal", featuring Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand, reaped gold at the box-office. Made on a budget of Rs.4 crore, it has approximately collected Rs.14 crore in first two weeks in Tamil Nadu.
Vendhar Movies' "Thillu Mullu" is a remake of Tamil classic of the same name featuring Rajinikanth. The remake features Shiva and Isha Talwar in the lead roles.
"Sutta Kathai", a dark comedy, features a host of debutants, including the director Subu, while "Nallanum Nandhiniyum", also helmed by a debutant, features Michael and Nandita in the lead.
